By using PhenoTrack you accept these terms. They are written in plain language and we'll let you know if anything material changes.

What PhenoTrack is

A horticulture grow journal for tracking plants, environments, photos, and phenotype scoring. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not horticultural advice, medical advice, or legal advice. You are responsible for the legality of cultivation in your jurisdiction.

Your data is yours

You own everything you enter. We provide the cloud sync and storage; you keep all rights to the content. Settings → Export data lets you take it with you any time.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break the app's security. Don't use it to harm others. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Pricing and tiers

• Free tier — 0 €/month. Local data + cloud sync.
• Pro Monthly — 4,99 €/month.
• Pro Yearly — 34,99 €/year.
• Pro Lifetime — 69,99 € one-time.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your app store.

No warranty

PhenoTrack is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but we cannot guarantee zero data loss or 100 % uptime. The Service Level Objectives published at status.phenotrack.com are our goals, not promises. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark (EU), unless your local consumer-protection rules grant you more rights, in which case those apply.
